How Mobile Service Works
The process is straightforward. Call (270) 517-4089 or submit a quote request online. Give us your vehicle information, your insurance carrier, and your preferred location and time window. We verify your comprehensive coverage, confirm the zero-deductible claim under KRS 304.20-040, and schedule a mobile tech appointment.
On the day of service, our technician arrives with all necessary materials. The replacement process typically takes 60 to 90 minutes. After installation, we recommend a safe drive-away time of approximately 60 minutes to allow the urethane to cure properly. We’ll walk you through any post-installation instructions, including care for vehicles with ADAS camera recalibration requirements.
Ideal Conditions for Mobile Service
Mobile glass replacement works best in covered or sheltered areas such as a garage, covered parking structure, or carport. However, our techs work in open parking areas as well and carry shade canopies for direct sunlight situations. We cannot perform mobile service in active rain, as water contamination during adhesive application can compromise the seal. We’ll reschedule at no cost if weather prevents service on your appointment day.
Fleet and Commercial Mobile Service
